Q2. How do I order, and what currency is used at checkout?

English & Traditional Chinese support. Checkout is in TWD (NT$). Final rates depend on your card issuer.

Q3. What payment methods are accepted?

Visa, Mastercard, JCB, UnionPay, and Apple Pay. Non-Taiwanese cards require 3D Secure.

Q4. Do you ship to my country? What are the shipping fees and delivery times?

Free Worldwide Shipping.

HK/MO: ~3 business days
CN/SG/JP/KR/PH/VN: ~3–5 days
MY: ~5–11 days
US/CA/AU/UK/DE/FR/TH: ~5–10 days

Q5. What should I keep in mind when entering my shipping address?

Use English and postal codes (Chinese accepted for SG, MY, HK, MO). Address cannot be changed once placed. Incorrect addresses incur round-trip shipping and customs fees.

Q6. Do I need to pay import duties and taxes?

Prices exclude import taxes/duties.

Duty-Free (Most Cases): HK, MO, AU.
Other Regions: Collected by local customs upon arrival.

(Unpaid duty returns are refunded minus round-trip shipping, duties, and fees.)

Q7. Will I receive a Taiwanese tax invoice?

No. Export orders include a Commercial Invoice instead of Taiwanese tax invoices.

Q8. How do I choose my size, and what is the return policy?: Select regular size (EUR recommend) or use our on-line size guide.

Size Exchange (1x): Customer pays return shipping and duties; PATRONI pays re-shipping.

Returns: All sales final. No returns or refunds for personal preference.

Defects / Wrong Items: Contact support within 7 days for a full refund without return.
Q9. Is there a warranty? What if the dial or wire lace breaks?: Orders include 2 free Quick-Dial repair kits. Replacements are also sold separately.

Q10. Which safety standards do your safety footwear comply with?: Strictly complies with CE EN ISO 20345:2022 (EU) or CNS 20345:2015 (Taiwan) standards.
Q11. How do I maintain and clean footwear with the Quick-Dial Fit System?: Ventilation: Remove insoles and air dry. Tip upside down to clear debris.

Dial & Wire: Clean wire guides with an interdental brush.

Cleaning: Apply leather oil periodically. Hand-wash with mild detergent and air dry in shade.
Q12. Can safety footwear be washed or sun-dried? Why doesn’t sun exposure damage them while working?: Washing & Drying: Wash with water and soft cloth. Never sun-dry; always air dry in shade.

Work Environment: Walking creates airflow, preventing heat damage during outdoor work.
Q13. Can waterproof footwear replace rain boots? What is the difference between Bootie Waterproof and Water-Resistant Upper?: Rain Boot Alternative: Not for continuous submersion. Use rain boots for prolonged water work.

Bootie Waterproof: Internal membrane for short-term submersion.

Water-Resistant Upper (WPA): Protects against daily splashes and light rain.
Q14. Can the waterproof feature be repaired if it wears out or leaks?: Not recommended. The integrated waterproof membrane cannot be repaired if damaged.
Q15. Can worn or damaged outsoles be replaced?: Not recommended. Re-soling compromises safety and waterproofing. Replace worn footwear for full protection.
